Thomas-Kilman
Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI)
In the thirty years since the TKI’s inception, more
than 4 million copies of the instrument have been sold
and it has become the leading measure of conflict-handling
behavior. The TKI is a self-report questionnaire designed
to measure tendencies in dealing with interpersonal
conflict. It describes five different conflict-handling
modes and helps participants identify which of these modes
you use most often. By helping people become more aware
of the choice they and others are making in conflict situations,
the TKI and its feedback materials provide a way to steer
conflict situations in constructive directions.
Myers-Briggs
Type Indicator® (MBTI)
The MBTI is a highly reliable instrument, which can be
used to provide clear clues regarding individual preferences
and behavior tendencies. MBTI can be used to help individuals
and groups: to improve communication; get the best out
of the people they work with; manage personal and team
conflict; and, organize a team to help achieve higher
performance. Each of the 16 MBTI types falls into one
of four temperament categories reflecting different needs
and preferred styles of working. Understanding individual
temperament and the temperament of group members is an
essential element of achieving high performance.
EQ
Map™ - Performance Zones
The EQ Map™ is a unique and individual journey.
As a multidimensional guide, the EQ Map™ helps individuals
discover the many facets that make up their personal emotional
intelligence and its relationship to their performance,
creativity, and success. There are four “Performance
Zones” which represent varying levels of skills
or competency in the areas being mapped. The top two zones
of the EQ Scoring Grid reflect your EQ strengths, areas
of capacity and skill. The lower two zones reflect current
areas of vulnerability or difficulty. With this knowledge
and insight, individuals develop improvement plans to
capitalize on strengths and address performance vulnerabilities.
