EQ Map™ - Performance Zones

The EQ Map™ is a unique and individual journey. As a multidimensional guide, the EQ Map™ helps individuals discover the many facets that make up their personal emotional intelligence and its relationship to their performance, creativity, and success. There are four “Performance Zones” which represent varying levels of skills or competency in the areas being mapped. The top two zones of the EQ Scoring Grid reflect your EQ strengths, areas of capacity and skill. The lower two zones reflect current areas of vulnerability or difficulty. With this knowledge and insight, individuals develop improvement plans to capitalize on strengths and address performance vulnerabilities.
