Amazing Intelligence Race |
|
| |
Each of us is smart. However, we are not all smart in the same way. In fact, there are eight different kinds of smart. All of us have each of these intelligences, and each person has strengths in certain areas. Teams that have a healthy distribution of these intelligences can be particularly creative and effective. The Amazing Intelligence Race Team Challenge is an exploration of how each team member is smart and how those intelligences can be used to make the team smart. |

Boat Building Regatta |
|
| |
Pure fun. And, wet. To start, teams are divided into two sub-groups - a construction team and a spirit team. The construction team designs, assembles, and tests a boat with the materials provided within a given time limit. The spirit team creates a name for the boat and cheer for the regatta. They also costume the team using the props provided and create a team flag to fly on the mast of the teams watercraft. The teams designate one member to captain their boat and race their creations on a pre-set regatta course. |

Team Fusion |
|
| |
In Physics, fusion is defined as: a nuclear reaction in which satellite nuclei combine to form a more massive nucleus with a simultaneous release of energy. The Fusion Team Challenge like the physics definition, involves the release of energy. This program takes off from the moment teams are formed, and is filled with non-stop activity till the very end. Major emphasis is placed on bringing the learning back to the work place and the tone of high energy and high synergy is set right from the start. By helping participants focus on problem solving and acquiring skills, Bliss Training & Consulting can help them trail blaze towards a new level of high performance. |

Village Music |
|
| |
The most technically perfect and creatively interpreted recording of a sonata was produced in Boston not long ago by a master conductor using amateur musicians for the orchestra. In the case of Village Music, the group may not be an orchestra, but the participants assembled are indeed a musical force. Everyone of them is totally qualified to roll straight into what we call in the moment music. Using simple tonal instruments, all participants need to do is play rhythmic phrases in order to be a valued contributor. Participants will progress through several skill levels of instruments and tambers, as the facilitator works to have them create harmony, develop dynamic listening, and hone technical skills. A community-wide jam session caps off our Village Music program in which the musicians will be allowed to use their own creativity to carry the rhythm in new directions. |
