Our team gets together to generate a customized “learning
design.” There are many approaches and techniques that
we draw upon to achieve organizational learning - from communicating
insights for planning to skill-building workshops that teach
role behaviors. The design is a collaborative process as we
use client feedback to modify the design and internally communicate
objectives to the intended audience.

Based upon the learning design, a team of BTC facilitators
is assembled to train internal practitioners or professionally
deliver the program. Our blended instructional format focuses
on active learning techniques with an emphasis on guided observation,
practice and experimentation. Our staff is quick to react
to emerging needs and maintains a focus on translating each
learning experience directly into practical work application
to achieve maximum results.
