Bliss Training & Consulting is dedicated to providing the very best services to its clients. During this phase, we work directly with our clients to clearly define the current learning environment and identify the internal experts who will be involved throughout the design process. We listen, ask questions, take input and work hard to understand the specific project objectives and expected learning outcomes. We may also use interviews, focus groups or assessments to help us gain valuable insights into the organizational culture and learning needs.

Design:

  • collaborate to develop best fit solutions

Our team gets together to generate a customized “learning design.” There are many approaches and techniques that we draw upon to achieve organizational learning - from communicating insights for planning to skill-building workshops that teach role behaviors. The design is a collaborative process as we use client feedback to modify the design and internally communicate objectives to the intended audience.

Deliver:

  • attention to practical application and emerging needs

Based upon the learning design, a team of BTC facilitators is assembled to train internal practitioners or professionally deliver the program. Our blended instructional format focuses on active learning techniques with an emphasis on guided observation, practice and experimentation. Our staff is quick to react to emerging needs and maintains a focus on translating each learning experience directly into practical work application to achieve maximum results.
