Define In this initial phase, BTC works directly with our clients to clearly define the current learning environment, the primary objectives and expected learning outcomes for the initiative. We listen, ask questions, take input, and gain a deep understanding of the key constituents' perspectives that can best influence the Design of the learning solution(s). Design In this phase, the BTC team takes the data and insights of the Define stage and uses them within the Exceptional Learning Solutions process. The final design is the deliverable of this phase. It is reflective of our uniquely collaborative process that uses client feedback and subject matter experts to inform the design's ultimate look, feel, and utility. Develop With the Design in hand, BTC's project development teams bring together the right resources to turn ideas into reality. Drawing from our wealth of instructional designers, producers, graphic artists, media directors, and facilitators, BTC ensures a flawless development process for our clients. As learning components are built, each is beta tested with the target audience and modified based on client feedback.   Deliver Delivery of our custom learning solutions can take on any number of forms. For clients who have experienced internal training resources, our BTC facilitators can conduct thorough train-the-trainer sessions that bring client resources fully up to speed. For clients that do not have the right team of internal facilitators, our deep bench of facilitation talent is ready to go. Our instructional formats focus on active learning techniques with an emphasis on guided observation, practice, and experimentation. Ultimately, our process is designed to be flexible and iterative - able to be applied and leveraged over time to ensure our solutions achieve our clients' objectives now and into the future.
