Faced with a highly-competitive market and no new product launches planned for the next 18 months, the new leader of Abbott Laboratories' Vascular Division commissioned BTC to create a unique, focused management offsite experience. By working through the series of BTC-designed creative problem-solving sessions, the new AVD marketing team built a thoughtful, grounded, and ultimately successful 2-year strategic and tactical plan.
