With an urgent need to create a wealth of new leaders to guide it's ever-expanding North American sales force, Takeda Pharmaceuticals worked closely with BTC to "bring to life" their straightforward leadership training content. BTC worked in close collaboration with Takeda's learning team to design active learning environments for each content area of the 4-week leadership training course. With a curriculum based in the areas of Self-Leadership, Leading Others, Managing Conflict, and Planning of Leadership Placement, BTC helped Takeda's current and future leaders explore their own leadership styles and gain the skills they needed to successfully launch a series of new products in new therapeutic areas.
