Amazing Intelligence Race Each of us is smart. However, we're not all smart in the same way. Everyone has distinct levels of eight different intelligences. Teams that have a healthy distribution of these intelligences can be particularly creative and effective. The Amazing Intelligence Race Team Challenge is an exploration of how each team member is smart and how those intelligences can be used to make the entire team achieve more together.

As Genentech expanded the ranks of its senior executive leadership, it recognized increased opportunities for its leaders to work more effectively and collaboratively across divisions. With an emphasis on situational leadership and collaborative problem solving, BTC designed and executed a custom Amazing Intelligence Race experience for Genentech than allowed its executive leaders to have a great deal of fun while gaining practical, real-world experience working together in new, more constructive ways.
