Sustainability The design of this offering started with a bold mission: to create meaningful experiences for our clients' teams while creating lasting improvements in our clients' communities. Teams build skills and communities get the personnel and services that enable them to remain vital. Everyone wins. BTC's Sustainability experiences help our clients' leaders and employees to acquire higher levels of individual skill and competency, sustain the collective performance teams, and improve the communities in which they serve.

Roosevelt University was launching a new student activities board. Each year this student leadership group plans, contracts and coordinates campus experiences throughout the semester. BTC, in conjunction with Full Circle Events, created a custom chartering experience entitled "Leadership is Service." During this one-day kick-off, student board members built relationships, and developed communication and collaborative problem-solving skills. New leadership behaviors were practiced as part of a service learning project at Working Bikes, a not-for-profit group that refurbishes used bikes for distribution to third world countries.
