Values-Based Leadership BTC's Values-Based Leadership workshop promotes a personal understanding as to how behaviors and attitudes combine to support a strong corporate culture. Exploring cultural values, their associated behaviors and the links to organizational success, this two-day workshop combines direct instruction, facilitated discussion, personal reflection and hands-on involvement to create a dynamic and interactive learning experience.

As often happens when large, successful organizations get even bigger, TAP Pharmaceuticals' associates were losing their connection to their ten, long-established core values. BTC was engaged to create a custom workshop experience that enabled every employee of TAP to reconnect and recommit to the core values - the result of which led to the creation of a children's story collection with each story dedicated to a specific core value. The book was printed and distributed to employees, doctors, vendors, and suppliers - leading to substantially-improved results on the cultural surveys that followed.
