Team members explore current and potential roles through interactive team challenges that utilize each member's strengths. Teams identify potential barriers to high performance, then adopt methods to neutralize those barriers as they work together to achieve greater success.

Victoria's Secret engaged BTC to create a custom high-performing team workshop within its National Sales Meeting. When the executive leadership saw the design of the program, they decided to make it the very first part of the Sales Meeting experience to help set the right tone and enable teams to work together more effectively throughout the meeting. The program led small sales teams through a series of challenge initiatives designed to gauge the team's alignment around goals, level of trust, sharing of information, effective communication & collaboration, and creativity.
