Creative Problem Solving / Innovative Thinking Everyone is creative, just not in the same way. In this custom, full or half-day workshop, participants take a highly-researched and field-tested assessment that utilizes The FourSight Creative Problem-Solving and Innovative-Thinking processes. The assessment identifies the innate energy we have for certain parts of the creative problem-solving process. Real-world issues and opportunities are then explored and workshopped.

When Sage's New Product Development Group was looking to fine tune the intuitive process by which they developed new products, they engaged BTC to create a custom workshop experience. Based on direct input from BTC's state-of-the-art creative problem-solving assessment, the workshop's ultimate design was able to help Sage's product development team adopt a more formalized innovation process and acquire new tools for brainstorming and developing new product ideas.
