Who We Are

Greg Bliss, FOUNDER

Greg formalized Bliss Training & Consulting in 1990, devising the company’s mission to “help people work together.” Greg’s ten years in corporate experience and a diverse background of creative expression (including acting, improvisation and radio and TV broadcasting) combine to offer innovative and energetic methods of engagement and discovery. After in-depth input, Greg is an expert at turning desired outcomes into engaging learning environments. Adept at training personal skills, high performing team dynamics and reinforcing cultural values, Greg looks to connect people and information to each other so that they can achieve their individual as well as corporate goals. Beyond program creation and delivery, Greg uses his script writing and video editing skills to add more value to program concepts. Greg received his Bachelor of Arts in usiness and Interpersonal Communication from Hope College. He later attended Michigan State University, where he earned a Master of Arts in Advertising Management. He is qualified to administer and interpret MBTI as well as the Bar-On EQi.
