Greg
Bliss, FOUNDER
Greg formalized Bliss Training & Consulting in 1990, devising
the company’s mission to “help people work together.”
Greg’s ten years in corporate experience and a diverse
background of creative expression (including acting, improvisation
and radio and TV broadcasting) combine to offer innovative
and energetic methods of engagement and discovery. After in-depth
input, Greg is an expert at turning desired outcomes into
engaging learning environments. Adept at training personal
skills, high performing team dynamics and reinforcing cultural
values, Greg looks to connect people and information to each
other so that they can achieve their individual as well as
corporate goals. Beyond program creation and delivery, Greg
uses his script writing and video editing skills to add more
value to program concepts. Greg received his Bachelor of Arts
in usiness and Interpersonal Communication from Hope College.
He later attended Michigan State University, where he earned
a Master of Arts in Advertising Management. He is qualified
to administer and interpret MBTI as well as the Bar-On EQi.
He’s a graduate of the Players workshop of the Second
City and appeared in Second City productions for several years.
Greg is a skilled presenter and still dabbles in professional
broadcasting, working as a color commentator for major running,
cycling and in-line skating championships.
Matt Kuikman, MARKETING MANAGER &
PROJECT MANAGER
Matt Kuikman joined Bliss Training & Consulting in December
2007. Matt is responsible for positioning and marketing the
Bliss Training & Consulting brand, and the development
of marketing and communication materials; including the company
website. Additionally, he plays an integral role in constructing
and administering assessments, analyzing data, and managing
the production, coordination of logistics and staffing, and
facilitation of projects. Matt received his Bachelor of Science
in Business from Indiana University’s Kelley School
of Business, where he majored in Marketing and Entrepreneurship,
and minor in Psychology.
The
BTC Network
In addition to our full time staff, BTC draws on an extensive
network of expert contractors used to help insure we’ve
always got the right people for the right project. The BTC
network includes 20 dedicated facilitators all well-versed
in the BTC active learning process. BTC also regularly contracts
with a number of talented producers, writers, designers, and
video editors, all used to enliven the BTC program experience
and create distinctly branded course materials for each and
every client.
