  Building Team Performance  
  This 2-day workshop offers an interactive learning environment for People Managers who want to develop skills for leading high performing teams. Participants will gain insights into how teams function, what makes a high performing team, the challenges all teams face, and how they can develop the management skills required to lead.  
     
  Conflict Management  
  This 1-day workshop examines conflict from a variety of perspectives with emphasis on origins of conflict situations and methods for achieving positive outcomes. The course offers five styles for managing conflict and offers approaches for collaborative problem solving.  
     
  Creative Problem Solving  
  Participants in this 1-day workshop are provided with a systematic process to solve complex problems requiring creative thinking and practice varied decision-making methods throughout the “Creative Problem Solving” process.
